Air Fryer Basket Shape
The basket is square-shaped which I LOVE. I'm not a fan of air fryers with the round shape. It makes it difficult to fit certain foods and you typically have to cook less. For example, long steaks and cuts of fish were harder to fit within the air fryers with rounded edges on the basket, but that's not a problem with this model.
Cosori Air Fryer Power and Cook Times
The Power Supply is (US/CA Only): AC 120V, 60Hz with Rated Power: 1750W.
The temperature ranges from 175-400 degrees F. What I love most is you can adjust the temperature in 5 degree increments, this will be very helpful for selecting the perfect cook time for certain foods, which can also speed up the cooking process.
So far, I have tested the air fryer with fried chicken wings. The wings cooked (and crisped perfectly) within 12-14 minutes. I usually cook my wings for at least 20-22 minutes to get them extra crispy. I also loved that they didn't need to be flipped. No more checking in halfway. You can just let it cook and do other things in the mean time.
Not having to flip is going to save a lot of time.
How to Clean Cosori Air Fryer
Both baskets are dishwasher safe. I usually give them both a little scrub down prior.
The crisping tray provided with this model makes the air fryer much easier to clean. The previous models (and most air fryers) have a basket that is placed inside a try that goes in the air fryer. Now you only have to clean this crisping tray and the outside tray.
On previous air fryer models that basket would get caked with residue along top edges. This is much easier to clean.

Sound/Is it Loud?
This air fryer is the quietest air fryer I have owned. You don't even really hear that it's on.
Remote Use and the App
I'm not sure a lot of people will benefit from this feature. It really depends on what your goals are. I use this feature the most while working out in the evening before dinner. I like to use it for roasted vegetable side dishes, air fryer baked potatoes, and air fryer baked sweet potatoes.
Since these aren't the kind of things that will spoil while sitting out (and in an air fryer), I load them into the air fryer prior to my workout. That way, I can time it to cook while I'm working out and it's finished when I'm done. I can start the cooking middway through my workout.

Are Air Fryers Healthy?
The air fryer cuts the fat tremendously in comparison to deep frying. With air frying you only need a spritz of oil in order for food to crisp. This beats submerging food in a deep fryer with oil any day!

Final Thoughts and Recommendation
This air fryer is a game changer. It handles most of the gripes people have about air frying. If you are looking for something larger that may minimize the amount of batches you are cooking, this will work well.
If you hate stopping to fip and shake your food, this is for you.
If you found previous air fryers difficult to clean, this one is much easier.

One of my favorite uses of the air fryer is chicken wings. I have tried probably 10 different recipes to find one as good as you can buy in a restaurant. I wanted hot but not so hot you could not taste the flavor of the meat. I found your recipe "Air Fryer Crispy Buffalo Chicken Hot Wings" and tried loved it. the fact that is was low carb only made it better

I do have a couple of questions:
When do you use the crisper plate? All the time or just for certain foods?
I had another Casori model (CS-158-AF). Since there is no recipe book with the new air fryer, I am wondering about the cooking temperatures since this dual blaze cooks from the top and bottom and food doesn't need to be turned or shaken nor do you need to preheat the unit. Do I need to adapt the temperature and/or cook time?
I sure will appreciate any help you can give me! And will also appreciate any pointers you can pass along!

I have only had it for a couple of weeks, so I don't have a huge amount of experience with it. So far, yes I always use the crisper plate because I want my food crisp. When I cook things I just watch and adjust the cooking time if needed. There were a lot of foods I cooked previously that never required flipping, so the cook time didn't change.

I have 2 Cosori's. Their customer service is absolutely TOP RATE! I broke my first Cosori's outer basket by being a little rambunctious, it was my fault. I called them to order AND pay for a new outer basket. They comped me one for free. This week, that same air fryer, a year out of warranty, broke when the basket handle broke off. They are comping me a new inner basket, which is where the handle is located even though it is out of warranty!! Amazing customer service!!
I am ordering the new Dual Blaze today. Only one thing bothers me--since it will heat from both above AND below, I'm afraid I won't be able to follow my many air fryer recipes since they are all based on heating from above only. Guess I'll be experimenting all over again;) I'm a Cosori customer for life given their great products and their outstanding customer service!!

I think the 2nd burner will help to not have to flip stuff over but I also think future versions will get more dialed in for the 2nd and 3rd iterations.
Can you speak to the no preheating? How well does it work? What is the concept?
I read in one of the comments that the commenter wanted a window, to each his own but I don't want one because I would have to clean it often or it will look bad, or eventually the glass will get scratched and then I'd be spending money for a new drawer or living with the scratched one, both of which could have been avoided by not having the window to start with. #UnnecessaryDailyWork
I bought the accessory kit cuz why not? Maybe I'll make a cheesecake to celebrate losing 40 lbs. ... some time next year. 😁

It is a great appliance with one MAJOR design flaw..... The control panel only illuminates the fryer choice you are using... NOT all your choices. We had to use a flashlight to see all the choices.

This thing is A-MAZING. Our first one and it is the 6.8. We've had the luxury of all the new ideas in this Dual Heat Air Fryer. Quick and easy meals and almost cleans itself. We're cooki g T Bones this afternoon and baked potatoes. Hint: get yourself a Heat Stick to take All the questions work and open/close for a peek out of the process.

Once I finish this comment I’ll be heading for Amazon.com, where the Cosori 6.8 quart dual blaze is on sale for $149 (4/18/22.) I am looking forward to receiving your email recipes. This will be my first air fryer. I decided to get one in order to cook healthier foods with low fat. My husband had cardiac triple bypass surgery 6 months ago. Once is enough. BTW - he’s doing fine.

I have used Cosori AF for over a year and love it. However, not sure if i want this one. I think that any grease from what is being cooked will only burn in the pan as it is over a heating element...just like a pan on a stove. Also, I cannot find out if both units have to be used or if you can only use the top one.
Otherwise, I love my current Corsi.
