    Oh my goodness! Brussels sprouts, bacon and balsamic! I’m in love! We have a trader Joe’s about 30 miles away, bu t I have never ventured over there. I’d love to give this bacon a try!

      You should definitely try it. I don’t find it much different than other bacon I have purchased. I feel good knowing it’s free of nitrates, and still tastes great!

    I’m a big fan of brussels sprouts and love how you used the nitrate free bacon in this. The pictures of this are gorgeous and make you want to dive in!

    Just thinking of all that bacon-y fat drizzling thru the brussels sprout while they cook makes my mouth water, YUM!

    Okay, this looks seriously good!! I can see this going super well with quinoa or brown rice and kale and having that as a meal on it’s own.

    I love cooking sprouts this way, the flavours of bacon and balsamic are a perfect foil for sprouts… YUMMY!

    I love caramelized Brussels sprouts! And the addition of bacon is a classic combo that just works!
