Ingredients

  • slider buns
  • 8 ounces of jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup red peppers diced
  • ¼ cup green peppers diced
  • 1 medium egg
  • ¼ cup reduced fat mayo
  • ½ lemon juice of
  • 1 tsp flour
  • cooking spray

Seasonings

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together, with the exception of the flour and slider buns.
  • Form the mixture into patties. Apply a dash of flour to each of the patties.
  • Place a skillet on medium-high heat. Spray the skillet with cooking spray.
  • Place the crab cakes in the pan. Pan fry each side for 4-5 minutes until the middle of the crab cake has fully cooked.
  • Remove from pan and serve on slider buns.
