How to Make Baked Potatoes in the Air Fryer

I’ve been air frying since 2016, and baked potatoes are still one of those recipes that remind me why I love this thing. The air fryer gives you that crispy, seasoned skin with a hot, fluffy center without having to heat up the entire oven. The key is giving the potatoes enough space for the hot air to circulate and letting them cook until they’re truly tender all the way through. Load them up with your favorite toppings or keep them simple with butter, salt, and pepper.

Notes

You can omit the oil if you wish. It helps crisp the skin on the potatoes.
