Green goddess salad with dressing is a quick and easy recipe perfect for summer. The dressing is loaded with tarragon, chives, parsley, fresh lemon and more. This is a salad the whole family will love.

2  cups  fresh spinach 3  cups  fresh mixed greens 1  jar sliced beets 1  avocado  sliced ¼  cup  feta cheese 2  tablespoons  sliced almonds Green Goddess Salad Dressing: ½  cup  mayo ½  cup  sour cream 1  teaspoon  minced garlic 2  tablespoons  tarragon 2  tablespoons  fresh chives  chopped 2  tablespoons  fresh parsley  chopped 2  tablespoons  lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste  
Puree all of the salad dressing ingredients until smooth.
Layer and mix the spinach and mixed greens in a large bowl or on a serving tray.
Add the sliced beets, avocado, and feta cheese.
Serve with the salad dressing.
