I’ve been smoking recipes on my Traeger for years, and these smoked sweet potatoes are hands-down one of my favorite sides to make. They come out tender, buttery, and kissed with that smoky flavor that makes you wonder why you ever baked them any other way. Dress them up with butter, cinnamon, or brown sugar and just wait for the compliments to roll in.
