Air Fryer Crab Cakes

These Easy Air Fryer Fifteen Minute Crab Cakes are so quick to make! If you are a fan of Maryland jumbo lump crab cakes, you will love this recipe! Freeze these for later and reheat them easily from frozen.

Ingredients

  • cooking oil I used olive
  • 8 ounces of jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs I used whole wheat.
  • ¼ cup red peppers diced
  • ¼ cup green peppers diced
  • 1 medium egg
  • ¼ cup mayo I used reduced-fat.
  • ½ lemon juice of
  • 1 teaspoon flour

Instructions

  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together, with the exception of the flour.
  • Form the mixture into 4 patties. Apply a dash of flour to each of the patties.
  • Place the crab cakes in the Air Fryer. Spray the crab cakes with cooking oil.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on 370 degrees.
  • Cool before serving.

Notes

If you don't have Old Bay Seasoning you can use a combination of 1 teaspoon celery salt, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon dried nutmeg.
