Add the chopped veggies and garlic to a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle the oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste throughout. Stir.
Place the veggies in the air fryer basket.
Air fry on 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
Open the air fryer and flip the veggies. Air fry on 350 degrees for an additional 5-8 minutes or until the textured has reached your liking. Every air fryer cooks at varying speeds. Keep a close watch to ensure proper timing.
Cool before serving.
You can use any vegetables you like. 350 degrees is the temperature I use often. Check in on the veggies for accurate timing.
