Ninja Slushi Spiked Eggnog

I’ve been running my Ninja Slushi since it first hit the market, and trust me, this spiked eggnog recipe runs smooth every single time. No errors, no clogging, no icy mess...just creamy, boozy perfection. I tested it again and again to make sure it comes out perfectly every single time. This one’s cozy, festive, and dangerously easy to sip.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups eggnog
  • ½ –¾ cup liquor I use bourbon. Use ½ cup for a lighter drink or ¾ cup for a stronger one.
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Sugar or sweetener optional, if you want it sweeter or the drink tastes too strong

Instructions

  • Combine the eggnog, cinnamon, and nutmeg before adding it to the Ninja Slushi. Stir well.
  • Add the eggnog and liquor to the Ninja Slushi Machine. Be sure not to exceed 64 oz. Prepare the drink in batches if necessary. Power on the machine and press Spiked Slush.
  • Allow the machine to churn and freeze the mixture until the machine beeps to signal it’s finished. You can adjust the thickness using the side panel. I like the thickest setting for this spiked eggnog. The drink should take 20–45 minutes; mine took 25.
  • Pull the lever on the spout to dispense the drink. Serve.
