Ninja Slushi Pineapple Dole Whip

I have done all of the hard work and testing to get the measurements right for you! If you’ve ever had a Dole Whip and thought “I need this at home,” yeah… same. And let me tell you, the Ninja Slushi Machine makes it way too easy. No ice, no blender struggles, just smooth, creamy pineapple goodness that actually hits like the real thing.

Prep Time 5 minutes

Total Time 30 minutes
Servings 6 cups

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups pineapple juice I use 4 cups.
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream You can skip this if you want, but it's what makes the texture really creamy.
  • ¾-1 cup sugar or sweetener Adjust to suit your taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a large measuring cup or bowl, combine: the pineapple juice and sugar or sweetener. You can also combine it with the milk or cream. It just needs to get dissolved before you pour it into the Ninja Slushi.
  • Give it a quick taste. Add more sweetener if needed. You want to be sure it tastes how you like. You can combine all of the ingredients here to make sure.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Slushi Machine, making sure not to go past the max fill line.
  • Choose the Milkshake setting. Use the dial on the right to adjust thickness. I like to place it on one of the highest settings. Let the machine run and do its thing.
  • Allow it to mix until thick, smooth, and creamy. This usually takes about 15–30 minutes depending on your starting temperature. Mine takes 25 minutes.
  • Once it reaches that soft-serve, creamy texture, scoop or pour into cups and serve immediately.
