Ninja Slushi Mimosa

This Ninja Slushi mimosa is giving brunch vibes without the extra effort. I tested it a few times to get the texture just right: icy, bubbly, and smooth without turning into watered-down juice. The recipe is simple, the texture turns out smooth every time, and it’s been fully tested so you don’t have to second-guess anything.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle sparkling wine, prosecco, or champagne 750ML
  • 32 oz orange juice

Instructions

  • Make sure your orange juice and bubbly are both nice and cold. The Ninja Slushi works best with chilled liquids. It helps the texture stay smooth and icy.
  • Pour the orange juice and sparkling wine into the Ninja Slushi cup.
  • Secure the lid and select the slush mode (or use the manual pulse button if your model doesn’t have a preset). Blend until you reach that perfect slushy consistency.
  • Pour into champagne flutes or any fun glass you like. Garnish with a fresh orange slice if you’re feeling fancy, and serve immediately while it’s icy and refreshing.
