Ninja Slushi Butterbeer Harry Potter Copycat
If you’ve ever wished the Butter Beer at Universal could come home with you, let me introduce you to my Ninja Slushi version. I’ve been running this machine since it first dropped, and this recipe hits every creamy, butterscotch note. It’s icy, smooth, and honestly tastes like the kind of magic they should’ve been serving at Hogwarts the whole time.

- 3 cups cream soda
- ¼ cup sugar or sweetener
- ¼ cup butterscotch syrup
- 2 teaspoons butter extract Optional
- whipped cream Optional topping when the slushie is finished.
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients before adding to the Ninja Slushi Machine. Stir to ensure the sugar/sweetener completely dissolves.
- Pour the mixture into your Ninja Slushi. Press milkshake for the Ninja Slushi.
- Allow the machine to process. Let the machine run for 15-45 minutes, depending on the sugar content and temperature of the liquid. Mine took 20 minutes.
- Once the cycle is complete, place a cup under the self-serve spout and pull the handle to dispense the Butterbeer. Top with optional whipped cream.
