Hennessy Ninja Slushi Recipe

Now this right here? This is what I call chillin’ with class. You haven’t lived until you’ve had a Hennessy slushie straight from the Ninja Slushi Machine. This one’s cold, smooth, and dangerously good, the kind of drink that sneaks up on you. The key is getting that perfect balance between Henny and mixer so it actually freezes. Don't worry, I've done all of the testing for you!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pineapple juice You can use any juice
  • 1 cup water You can also skip this and use 4 cups of juice.
  • ¼ cup simple syrup Adjust to suit your taste and use more if you like a sweet drink.
  • 2-3 cups frozen strawberries I used 3 cups, any frozen fruit will work.
  • ½ -1 cup Hennessy Adjust based on how strong you like your drink.

Instructions

  • Combine pineapple juice, water, frozen strawberries, and simple syrup in a blender and blend until well combined. Taste repeatedly and make adjustments to suit your taste if needed.
  • Add the strawberry pineapple mixture along with the Hennessy to the Ninja Slushi Machine. Be sure not to exceed 64oz. Prepare the drink in batches if necessary. Power on the machine and press Spiked Slush.
  • Allow the machine to churn and freeze the mixture until the machine beeps to signal the cycle is finished. You can adjust the thickness of the mixture using the side panel. The drink should take 20-45 minutes. Mine took 25 minutes.
  • Pull the lever on the spout to dispense the drink. Serve.

Notes

You need a blender to use whole ingredients, like the frozen or fresh fruit used in this recipe. If you want to skip using a blender, use flavor enhancing packets, syrups, etc. to meet the flavors you want for the drink.

Fresh strawberries may alter the texture. It may not be as thick.

Feel free to adjust the drink to suit your taste. Adjust with more sugar, sweetener, simple syrup, agave, or lime juice to taste after blending. You can also use less sugar or sweeten
