  • 3/4 cup coconut milk You can also use almond milk if preferred
  • 1 1/2 -2 cups very strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons pureed pumpkin I used canned Libby's
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener I used Swerve. Add more or less to reach desired taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger I used the Trader Joe's fresh paste above
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Land o Lakes Sugar Free Whipped Cream See recipe notes and below for how to make your own Keto Whipped Cream

Homemade Keto Whipped Cream

  • Add the coconut milk, pureed pumpkin, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger to a saucepan on medium heat.
  • Stir to combine the ingredients. Allow the mixture to cook for 3-4 minutes or until it starts to bubble.
  • Add the brewed coffee and heavy cream.
  • Use an immersion hand blender (pictured above) to blend the latte together. BE CAREFUL! You don't want hot coffee to splatter and burn you.
  • Blend, blend, blend. You want to ensure the pumpkin is smooth and the spices have diluted. Blend until the mixture is no longer grainy and resembles coffee.
  • Serve in mugs. Add whipped cream, sprinkles of cinnamon or nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick to garnish.

Homemade Whipped Cream

  • Add the whipping cream to a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer and mix for 2 minutes. Add in the Swerve. Mix until whipped cream forms.

Keto Low-Carb Pumpkin Spice Latte Tips:

  1. If you are really looking for a Starbucks latte, use Starbucks coffee.
  2. Instead of making your own pumpkin spice using the spices and pureed pumpkin noted, you can choose to use a teaspoon or two of pumpkin pie seasoning.
  3. Save time and energy by making the lattes in an Instant Pot. Click here for a similar recipe.
  4. You can use UNSWEETENED almond or coconut milk in the recipe. The macros are similar.
