- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground oregano
- ¼ teaspoon celery salt Optional
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all of the spices and use them in your collard greens recipe.

You can make larger batches of this seasoning blend by doubling, tripling, etc the servings noted above.
