Cook the pasta in accordance with the instructions on the package.
Cook the ground beef in the spice blend, then add onions and garlic.
Add in the diced tomatoes and chilies, broth, cream or milk, and shredded cheese. Stir to combine and reduce heat.
Add the cooked pasta to the pot.
Place a lid on the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the pasta and sauce is well incorporated.
