This Easy Baked Corn on the Cob is drizzled in butter, smoked paprika, and garlic powder and then foil roasted in the oven. This is the best way to cook corn. It's foolproof!

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn on the cob Husk removed.
  • 2-3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter Measured solid. Use enough to coat both sides of each ear of corn.
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Combine the melted butter, smoked paprika, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Place each ear of corn in a separate piece of foil. Drizzle the seasoned butter mixture over the corn. Wrap each ear of corn in the foil and place it on a sheet pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the corn is tender. Flip the corn over halfway through.
  • Allow the corn to cool before unwrapping the foil.
