Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn husks removed
  • 1 cup water

Optional Butter Topping

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the corn to the Instant Pot with 1 cup of water. Using the trivet is optional and not required.
  • Close and seal the pot. Cook for 4 minutes on Manual > High-Pressure Cooking.
  • When the pot indicates it has finished, quick release the steam. Remove the corn with tongs.
  • Spread with the seasoned butter topping and serve.

Notes

I could fit 6-8 ears of corn in my 6-quart pot just fine. You will be able to fit more with an 8-quart. One cup of water is still fine.
