This Boneless Turkey Breast Roast is perfect for a cozy dinner or a small gathering and is packed with flavor and guaranteed to impress. The Butterball turkey breast is seasoned to perfection with herbs and spices, then baked to juicy, succulent perfection.
Place the boneless turkey breast roast on a parchment paper lined sheet pan or in a roasting pan or baking dish, keeping the netting on. Carefully, pull at the netting so that it isn't embedded into the turkey. This will make it easy to pull off once cooked.
Sprinkle the spices all over the turkey breast and rub them into the meat. Cut the butter into small slices and place the slices over the seasoned turkey.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 1 hour or more, or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Test the thickest part of the turkey with a meat thermometer.
Remove the turkey breast from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
To serve, carefully remove the netting from the turkey breast and discard it. Slice the turkey breast and serve.
Notes
Thaw the turkey breast before using.
You can use any size turkey breast. Estimate about 20 minutes per pound for cook time.
