Garlic Avocado Aioli
creamy garlic avocado aioli dipping sauce
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayo
- ¼ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/3 lemon juice of
- salt and pepper to taste
Add the avocado, mayo, Greek yogurt, garlic and lemon juice to a blender.
Blend for 30-45 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper.
