Add all of the jerk spices and marinade ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is well combined.
Drizzle the marinade and jerk seasoning over the chicken.
Heat a skillet on medium-high heat with olive oil. When hot, add the chicken.
For boneless chicken thighs, cook 5 minutes then flip and cook an additional 3-5 minutes until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees.
