Ingredients

Instructions

  • Toast the English muffins.
  • Load up the Benedict with the smoked salmon, poached egg, Hollandaise Sauce, green onions, salt, and pepper to taste. I also like to add Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.

Notes

  • I find smoked salmon at Costco and Trader Joe's. Often, standard grocers will carry it.
  • You can make the dish low carb by eliminating the English Muffin. You can also serve the dish over a salad.
