  • Rinse the pork chops and pat dry.
  • Add a small amount of the liquid smoke and worcestershire sauce to both sides of the pork chops.
  • Season the pork chops with the seasonings.
  • Pat the pork chops with the flour. Shake off any excess.
  • Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the butter and allow it to melt.
  • Add the pork chops to the skillet. Cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes until a crust forms on the surface.
  • Remove the pork chops from the skillet.
  • Add the apple sauce and sliced apples to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping the apples, until the apples are soft.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Return the pork chops to the skillet.
  • Cover the pork chops with the apples and sauce.
  • Serve!
