Rinse the pork chops and pat dry.
Add a small amount of the liquid smoke and worcestershire sauce to both sides of the pork chops.
Season the pork chops with the seasonings.
Pat the pork chops with the flour. Shake off any excess.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Add the butter and allow it to melt.
Add the pork chops to the skillet. Cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes until a crust forms on the surface.
Remove the pork chops from the skillet.
Add the apple sauce and sliced apples to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping the apples, until the apples are soft.
Remove from heat.
Return the pork chops to the skillet.
Cover the pork chops with the apples and sauce.
Serve!
