Ingredients

  • 1 cup your preferred milk I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides Optional
  • 1 cup fresh kale Optional
  • 1 cup fresh spinach Optional

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to the blender.
  • Blend for 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy.

Notes

I use this Blendtec blender from Amazon. It never fails me and always produces thick and creamy smoothies. You want something with high-powered blades that blends well. I wouldn’t say this blender is quiet, but it doesn’t need to be. I don’t have much experience with other high quality blenders (other than the Instant Pot Blender which works well) to recommend any others.
If your smoothie is rough and gritty, it’s typically because you didn’t use frozen fruit, you didn’t blend it long enough, or you didn’t use a quality high-powered blender.
