Ingredients

cups
rolled oats

scoops vanilla protein powder

tablespoon
organic coconut sugar
1 1/2
teaspoons
baking powder
dash of salt

egg

tablespoons
egg whites
1/4
cup
dark chocolate chips
1/5
cup
dried cranberries
1/2
cup
non-fat
plain Greek yogurt
1/2
cup
almond milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl, mix.
Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl, mix.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in a larger mixing bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips and cranberries. Stir well to combine.
Spray a baking pan/small casserole dish with cooking spray.
Bake for 15-17 minutes. (Mine were ready right at 15 minutes)
Allow to cool.
Cut into bars.
Serve!
