Instant Pot Louisiana Seafood, Chicken, and Sausage Gumbo

This is the perfect comfort food dish that can be whipped up on weeknights! 👉


– olive oil  – andouille sausage  – butter – all-purpose flour – skinless chicken breasts – green peppers – celery – onion  – okra – garlic cloves *all ingredients listed below

Step 1

Brown the sausage on both sides.

Step 2

Add oil, butter, and flour to the oil to create a roux.

Step 3

Add in green peppers, onions, and celery, then remaining ingredients.  Pressure cook.

Step 4

Remove the chicken breasts from the pot and shred. Return to the pot with shrimp and cook!

Step 5

Serve the gumbo  over rice
