Gather shrimp, shrimp shells, and scallops.

Brown sugar, cinnamon stick, star anise, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, and soy sauce.

Broth and fresh bok choy.

Cook the rice noodles in water and dry.

Make the soup broth and add the vegetables and seafood. 

Add the rice noodles to a bowl.

Add in the seafood.

Drizzle the broth throughout and load up toppings.
