INGREDIENTS

– Zucchini – Kosher salt – Olive oil – Shrimp  – Minced garlic – Butter – Heavy cream – Cream cheese *all ingredients details below

STEP 1

Place the zucchini noodles on the paper towels. Sprinkle with the 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

STEP 2

Cook the shrimp as directed. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside on a plate.

STEP 3

Melt butter. Add cream cheese, Parmesan reggiano, heavy cream, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste.

STEP 4

Add the shrimp and zucchini noodles to the pan. Stir to coat the zucchini. Cook for 3-4 mins!
