Chicken Tortilla Soup  20 minute dinner

Easy, Instant Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup is a quick and easy 20-minute Mexican pressure cooker recipe with tortilla strips, avocado, Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, black beans, and cilantro.


– Skinless chicken breasts – Tomato paste – Chicken broth – Frozen whole kernel corn – Low-sodium black beans – Diced tomatoes and chilis  – Shredded cheddar cheese – Tortilla strips – Smoked paprika


Saute onions and garlic in the pot.


Add the chicken breasts, broth, Better than Bouillon, taco seasoning, and tomato paste to the pot.


Close the pot and seal. Pressure cook for 10 minutes.


Remove the chicken and shred. Return the chicken to the pot.


Serve in soup bowls. Top with tortilla strips, cilantro, and shredded cheese.
