Chili Cheese Fries

– Ground beef – Beef broth – Kidney beansΒ  – Tomato sauce – Chili powder – Russet potatoes – Smoked paprika – Cheddar cheese *ingredient details below

Step 1

Add the fries to the air fryer basket. Air fry on 380 degrees for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Open the basket and flip the fries. Air fry for an additional 5-10 minutes.

Step 3

Heat a Dutch oven and add the olive oil, onions, green peppers, and red peppers. Saute for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Add in garlic and ground beef. Break down the ground beef.

Step 5

Add in beef broth, beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices. Stir. Reduce the heat and simmer.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to Low Broil. Spread the fries out on your serving dish. Load the fries with chili.

Step 7

Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese. Bake for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
