Sugar Free Key Lime Pie

This low carb, Key Lime Pie is perfection!  It's seriously easy to make - a quick, no bake recipe, with simple ingredients.   And it tastes divine. 👉


– Almond flour – Cinnamon – Zero calorie sweetener – Fresh key lime juice – Cream cheese  – Greek yogurt – Unflavored gelatin  – Key lime zest * ALL ingredient details below

Step 1

Place a skillet on medium high heat. When hot add the almond flour. Stir for 2-4 minutes.

Step 2

Add the almond flour to a pie plate, along with the cinnamon, sweetener, and salt. Stir to combine.

Step 3

Gradually add in the butter and mix to combine. Press the crust into the bottom of the pie plate.

Step 4

Microwave lime juice for 30-45 seconds. Then combine the warm juice with the gelatin.

Step 5

Add cream cheese, sweetener, lime zest, and Greek yogurt to a stand mixer. Beat until smooth.

Step 6

Add in the lime juice/gelatin. Mix well. Pour the filling into the pie crust.

Step 7

Chill for a minimum of 2-3 hours until set. Slice and serve.
