This Crispy Fried Chicken Salad is the perfect meal to add fresh vegetables to a weeknight meal.


– skinless chicken breasts – egg  – garlic powder – paprika – onion powder – salt and pepper to taste – baking powder *full list of ingredients below


Slice the chicken breast into strips. Fry the chicken either in a pan or air fryer. Directions for both below.


Load your salad by adding the greens first followed by the remaining vegetables and fried chicken.


Topping ideas and substitutions include:  strawberries, olives, feta cheese, goat cheese, dried fruit, almonds.
