Peel 2 pounds of russet potatoes.

Slice the potatoes  into fries.

Bake the fries.

or air fry the fries.

Get them nice  and crisp!

For the chili gather ground beef, beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce.

Saute onions, red peppers, and green peppers.

Brown ground beef  and add in spices  and broth.

Allow the chili to simmer and cool.

Top the fries  with chili.

Add shredded  cheese.
