Pretzel bun salmon sliders are thanks to Costco. I love shopping at Costco. These pretzel buns were a Costco find. I’m constantly exploring different ways to prepare salmon. Salmon is a great meal because it’s loaded in Omega 3s, has no carbs, and is high in protein. A whole wheat bun would be healthier, but I’m all about indulging from time to time. Two sliders is a little more than 500 calories, but the net carb count is high. This is something to be mindful of if you are trying to lose weight. I used my Chipotle Mayo recipe for these and they turned out amazing.
