My mom has an instant pot and she uses it to create meals for my dad while they are doing runs in their 18 wheeler. It is amazing what she has created with it. I may have to borrow it just so I can make this Latte 😉

I need to buy the instant pot!! I bet this would be good without the honey or stevia. But I agree – 30 grams of sugar from Starbucks is so bad!

That looks delicious! I wish it was cooler in Los Angeles right now. It’s hard to drink festive hot coffees when it’s 90 degrees outside.

Gingerbread Latte! Num, num! That looks amazing. That’s such a great alternative to the calorie-dense Starbucks version. I could possibly enjoy that without feeling guilty. Thanks for sharing!
