    I have a love hate with hot yoga, the heat totally helps with my flexibility but my body can not handle the heat. I don’t sweat… I turn really red and look like I am going to vomit.
    Looks like you had a ton of fun!

      I’ve gotten dizzy quite a few times in class myself and felt that way. Luckily, relaxing helped.

    I love yoga and really need to get back to it. Yoga is such a good way to let out your stress and to stretch your mind. Yup! These products are very beneficial.

    I haven’t tried hot yoga yet but this is a great post because I want to but have no idea where to start! I’m a beginner at yoga but I really enjoy it

    It has been a while since I have done yoga. I have never experienced Hot Yoga, but I always thought it sounded fun. You listed some really great products.

    Oh my goodness- 100 degrees?!?! I would die…although I do live in southwest Florida so I guess I may be used to that. I have never heard of hot yoga before. It sounds like a unique experience 😉

    Woah, this seems so intense! That temperature is insane to do yoga in. I know a lot of people that enjoy hot yoga, I have always wanted to give it a try.

    I’ve never heard of hot yoga before but it sounds amazing! I think I’d enjoy it because Oscar only sleeps for a couple of hours a night and anything that can help me have some time out and relax is sure to be a hit!

    I’ve been wanting to do hot yoga for a while now but never knew what to expect or how to really prep for it. After reading this I feel less intimidated by it and will give it a try soon. Thanks for all your tips!

    What a great post! I have wondered about hot yoga but have been a bit leery. These are great tips and I think I might actually try it now (and I’ll remember a change of clothes!)
