This garlic avocado aioli makes the perfect dipping sauce. I love pretty much anything with avocado. Avocados are loaded with monounsaturated fat, the GOOD fats! Because of this, they are also high in calories. Do not let this deter you from eating avocado! They are a great source of GOOD FATS! I also love a good aioli sauce with fries, as a spread on a sandwich, with tacos etc. The avocado, garlic, and lemon provide immense flavor. I am always trying to cut corners and save time whenever I can. This recipe is easy to whip up in a few minutes using a blender. The blender gives the sauce a wonderful, creamy texture!
