Summer is here and so are all of the parties and cookouts! It has been HOT in Kansas City. Summer rolled in early this year. I do not have a single complaint. I came up with this recipe so I that I could spice up the popcorn a bit. This dish also works well for parties and events. I take pride in creating appetizers and meals for my events that are healthy, but more importantly, DELICIOUS. This is something quick and easy that everyone should be able to enjoy.

SkinnyPop Popcorn with Grilled Apples and Cinnamon is a quick and easy recipe with fresh green and fuji apples fresh off the grill.
- 1 bag SkinnyPop Popcorn
- 2 green apples sliced
- 2 fuji apples sliced
- 1 tbsp cinnamon ground
Place the sliced apples to skewers.
Turn a grill on medium-high heat. Grill each side for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred.
Pour the popcorn and apples in a large bowl.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
